・Article 1 (Members)

1. "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the procedures established by the Company.

・Article 3 (Changes)

2. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of failure to register changes. Please note that even if changes are registered, any transactions that have already been processed before the changes are registered will be carried out based on the information before the changes are registered.

・Article 4 (Withdrawal)

If a member wishes to cancel their membership, they must complete the cancellation procedure themselves. Your membership will be cancelled once the cancellation procedure has been completed.

・Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Obligation to Compensate)

(3) Engaging in any act that infringes the intellectual property rights of the products we handle
(4) Any other act that violates these Terms of Use.

・Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

Article 12 (Governing Law, Court of Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, the district court with jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
