○内装メンテナンスについて
天井・壁面のクロス捲れ、傷、クロス変更、仕上げ変更、床の傷、床仕上げの変更、巾木の変更 ※床フローリング剥がし、解体工事扱いとなる為対応しておりません。
・木工メンテナンス：収納物の傷、色落ち、平棚（仕上げ並びに厚み〕の変更、板張の変更
・新規収納造作物：１種類の仕上げ（例:化粧合板のみ〕は勿論、複数の仕上げによる複数仕上げも可能です。 ※詳細は要相談となります。
・既製品金物：カタログをご案内させて頂きます。法人様向けに利用されているものが多数。店舗で見かけるアイデアを組み入れたい場合に、部屋や収納物に取り入れられるメリットがあります。新規造作物に組み込ませて、オリジナルの収納造作が可能になります。
○書面について
施工前→施工後と写真を撮ったものを『BEFORE AFTERの竣工写真書類』として提出させて頂きます。 ①どんな材料を使用しているのか、②どんな接着剤を使用しているのかを記載させて頂きます。作業前の現場調査にて、BEFORE写真を撮らせて頂く場合があります。ご了承ください。
○施工について
現場の環境に合わせて柔軟に綺麗な仕上がりを致します。
お客様にはいつも通りにお過ごしいただけるよう配慮し、整理整頓に気を配ります。施工終了後、お客様にて最終確認を行って頂き、注意点などを踏まえ説明させて頂きます。ご納得頂きましたら終了とさせて頂きます。
当社の職人は、店舗にてお世話になっていた方々のご協力となります。施工日程は可能な限り調整させて頂きますが、場合によってずれこむ可能性もありますのでご相談ください。

Regarding wallpaper products:
・All items are hand sewn and handmade. As this is delicate work, it will take time.
・We carefully craft each item, but please understand that they are consumable items.
・Standard design products are extremely simple.
・If you have an idea in mind, please contact us.
We will draw up a blueprint based on your requests.
This will be a "special order".
Regarding interior construction consulting:
Basically, we will use ZOOM. Please be in a location with good internet connection and signal reception. In some cases, we will look at your drawings and desired image diagrams, and we will also copy the proposal documents, so we appreciate your cooperation.
Please note that consultations will be conducted face-to-face via a screen.
If you would like storage features:
-Production/delivery will be for general customers.
・SUS and glass are sold separately.
We do not handle metal fittings.
This is a made-to-order product. After you have confirmed the final design and payment, construction will begin.

・We will draw up a blueprint while listening to your requests, so this will be treated as a "special order." Thank you for your understanding.
・We ask craftsmen who are also active on the site of corporations to help us.
Since these are handmade, it will take some time.
Regarding product delivery time:
-Since these are custom-made products, delivery dates must be discussed for each product.
・If installation is required, we will confirm the installation date (delivery).
*Installation and shipping costs will be charged separately.
-If you are only requesting installation, the item will be picked up from your eaves.

Payment method for products
・Wallpaper specifications product Credit card payment, bank transfer
・Interior construction consulting Consulting fee: ¥5000/hour
For those who wish to pay by credit card, bank transfer, or have storage fixtures installed: These items will be made to order.
Regarding returns and cancellations: We cannot accept cancellations of orders, returns or exchanges of products due to customer convenience. Please be aware of this in advance. If a defective product is delivered, we will make a judgment based on the images taken at the time and respond accordingly. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof images and receipts. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after the deadline. Only unused products will be accepted.
